As coaches who have been trained in the Co-active Coaching model, we are dedicated to our client’s growth and fulfillment in ways that are not “run-of-mill.” Our intent is that we have an impact that goes from merely “good” to “extraordinary.” At our best, we are deeply in tune with our client, and bring courageous presence to the coaching conversation… even when it is difficult.

Co-active Coaches get uncomfortable when the status quo seems to be in charge, and sometimes it’s our job to “shake things up.” We believe that for Co-active Coaches to create shifts for leaders in organizations (and anyone else!) they must be willing to — in fact intentional about – rocking the boat. - Transformative leaning and change comes from a DISORIENTING DILEMMA. Our job is not to help clients be more effective navigating the status quo, and finding ways to chip away and gradual improvements to the way things are. Our job is to SHAKE IT UP. For Co-active coaches, getting the job done is more important than looking good, having clients like them, or being viewed as a star coach – this means that at times the Co-active coach is willing to “Stand in the Fire” – to create discomfort, to risk failure, all for the sake of the client’s transformative growth. - Shrinking back from the fire - the things we cling to, like approval, being liked, being seen as competent, having good ideas, staying comfortable. What’s the cost?
